Customer Support


Jeanne Ketchersid is Customer Support at the corporate office of Behavioral Sciences Research Press in Dallas, Texas (BSRP).  She works as a liaison to the BSRP Licensed Associates as well as managing the printing, inventory supply, and building maintenance issues.  She also helps with organizing the Advanced Management Training Workshops, occasional public relations and visibility management projects, and assists others in just about every department at the BSRP corporate office.  


Mrs. Ketchersid started working for Behavioral Sciences in 2004 as a part-time assistant to the sales department.  After being accredited through the Advanced Management Training Workshop, BSRP moved her to a full-time position where she began working with individuals in the Personal Best Program and giving presentations for the company.  When her present position was offered to her in 2010, she gladly took the opportunity.

Mrs. Ketchersid has an All-level Music Education Degree from Abilene Christian University and teaches individual students lessons in voice, piano, and guitar.
