Terms and Conditions: Personal Best is a six- to ten-week coaching program for individuals with sales call reluctance and/or the fear of self-promotion. No warranty of results is expressed or implied. You must qualify for the program by speaking with a coach, signing a Commitment Form and, if necessary, completing diagnostic testing prior to acceptance. Making and keeping weekly telephone appointments is your responsibility. Missed appointments may be rescheduled, but the entire program must be completed within a specified period of time. There are no refunds for missed appointments.
